How do I pay for my reservation?

You pay the driver in full once dropped off at the airport, you can either pay with cash or card.

What types of vehicles do you offer for airport transfers?

We offer a variety of vehicles, including saloon cars, estate cars and 8-seater minibuses, depending on your needs.

What happens if my flight is delayed on the way back?

We will monitor your flight using the tracking number provided and keep in regular contact with you. Your driver will be dispatched to the airport once he knows your exact landing time.

Do you provide child / booster seats for travel with children?

Whilst we don't provide car seats, we are happy to keep yours safe for your return journey. The driver will need to be notified in advance if you intend on bringing car seats.

Are your drivers qualified and licensed?

Yes, all of our drivers have up-to-date DBS and medical checks and are licensed by Wigan Council.

What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. We have a flexible cancellation policy and will work with you to reschedule or provide a refund if necessary.
